APPLICTION

The basic principle of molecular hybridization is to use the combination of the special temperature control system and the
vertical rotation system of the instrument, that is, the effective combination of temperature and mixing function, through a
certain time, the homologous sequence of two nucleic acid single-strand DNA/RNA at a specific temperature, a specific speed, according to the principle of base complementary pairing annealing denaturation treatment, The process of forming a heteroduplex.

This instrument can automatically control the temperature of the whole process of baking film, pre-hybridization and washing film in nucleic acid molecular hybridization. It can be effectively applied to the research of nucleic acid molecular
hybridization technology, the screening of cloned genes, the dyeing and decolorizing of gels and the culture of microorganisms, and can also be used as an incubator for enzyme-linked reaction. Full quantitative or semi-quantitative PCR assay can be established by combining with enzyme immunoassay.
