XINCHEN specializes in the production of R&D heating systems with a temperature control range of room temperature to 300ºC.

The heat exchange area is large, the temperature rise and failure are fast, and the heat transfer oil demand is small.

Only need to connect the equipment with the heat transfer oil inlet and outlet of the reactor device, from the top of the equipment liquid
Inlet add the heat transfer medium, turn on the add liquid button can easily remove the air in the system, set the temperature
requirements, the system can run automatically.

Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology reactors, control mixing tank temperature, metal(glass) double layer
reactor, thermal test platform, constant temperature control of material and equipment.

1. Circulating cooling medium: HTF, industrial alcohol or water-glycol mixture for circulating , conservation of resources.
2. Tight loop piping design, prevent cooling medium pollution, extending the cycle time of the use of cooling medium.

Standard export wooden boxes (wooden cases) , with good protective materials inside and around the equipment , why we do this? For customer's side , they will feel happy if everything they had ordered from our factory which are in a good condition, for our side , the manufacturer, could get bulk orders from clients . In this way , both side could benefit from it.

Delivery terms: 10-25days of chillers, heaters only need to take 10-15days to finish them .
