Product Description
The glass reactor can be designed to be double layer glass reactor or triple jacketed reactor .
The reaction solvent can be put into the inner layer to do stirring , inter-layer can be connected with cold and heat source to do circulating heating or cooling reaction.
Under the setting of constant temperature , in sealed glass reaction , stirring reaction can be carried out at atmospheric pressure or negative pressure conditions according to the operating , and also can carry out reflux and distillation of the reaction solution.
This machine is an ideal production equipment for the modern fine chemical , pharmaceutical and biological synthesis of new materials.
1. The whole stainless steel supporting frame, 4-6 necks on the reactor lid, such as distillation & reflux , liquid feeding , temp sensor , stirring & mixing , etc .
2. Glass reactor is made of G3.3 high borosilicate glass , with good chemical and physical properties .
3. Alloy steel mechanical seal,magnetic fluid seal, PTFE connector , to maintain a high precision seal in the working condition.
4. With PT100 sensor probe, high precision temperature measurement , small errors and high efficiency .
5.AC reducer motor, strong torsion , no noise , etc.
6.PTFE stirring paddle, suitable for low or high viscosity liquid stirring and mixing.
7.PTFE discharge valve, movable interface , discharging and flushing completely and quickly.
8.Can be according to customer requirements, such sand core filter , PH meter , Ex motor , Ex control box and Ex temp.
